Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Honno. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it at any time from the app or the web dashboard.

Training is at your own risk

Honno records training and helps coaches plan it. It is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, stop if something hurts, and use your own judgement about any plan, target or AI suggestion.

Coaches and clients

Coaches are independent professionals, not Honno staff, and are responsible for the coaching they give. A client can end the coaching at any time, and so can a coach. A coach who invites clients must have their agreement to coach them, and must use what they see only to coach them.

Paid plans

The client app and the Free coaching plan cost nothing, and the app has no in-app purchases. Paid coaching plans are bought on the web dashboard and sold by Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), our merchant of record and reseller, so Polar’s terms apply to the purchase. Polar takes the payment, charges VAT or sales tax where it applies, and sends receipts and invoices. Prices are in euros in the euro area, in pounds in the UK and in US dollars everywhere else, before tax; tax is added at checkout.

A paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it is then billed monthly or yearly and renews until cancelled. You can change or cancel a plan at any time under Settings → Billing on the web dashboard. Plan changes are prorated. A cancelled plan keeps running until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds are handled through Polar; contact us and we will help. If a plan lapses, clients over the Free limit are paused, never deleted.

The AI coach

AI features write assessments, suggestions and replies from your data. They can be wrong. A coach decides what to use, and is responsible for what they send to a client, including anything the autopilot applies on their behalf.

Your content

What you log, write and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Honno for you and the people you share it with. Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share, and do not use Honno to harass anyone.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of Honno, scrape it, or access accounts that are not yours. We may suspend an account that does, after telling you why where we can.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Honno running, but cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may change or stop features, and will give paying coaches reasonable notice of changes that affect them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Honno in the twelve months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, without taking away the protection of the law of the country you live in. We will update them as Honno changes and tell you about changes that matter before they apply. Last updated 31 October 2026.
