Delete your account
You can delete your Honno account yourself, at any time, from the app or the web dashboard.
In the app
- Open Honno and tap More.
- Tap Security.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
On the web dashboard
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Open Security.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
Your profile and sign-in, workouts, sets, body weight, progress photos, plans, library, programs, custom exercises, notifications and AI data. Every coaching relationship you are in ends, and its messages, notes and appointments are deleted for both people. A paid plan is cancelled. Your sign-in is removed at once and the rest shortly after; backups are overwritten within 30 days.
What is kept
A client’s own training stays theirs when their coach deletes an account. Billing records are kept by Polar, which sells the plans, for as long as tax law requires. Usage totals for AI features are kept without any content.

Contact us from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you.
